Modest Mouse and Built to Spill crossed paths for two nights in Atlanta and co-headlined consecutive nights at the Variety Playhouse. I couldn't get tickets so this was the next best thing. They played in wigs and outfits from the Junkman's Daughter store. The crowd was quite chatty and the only things amplified were the singer's voice and acoustic guitar. The bassist had a small amp and the drummer had a small unamplified set.
set list:
1. intro/warmup
2. Paper Thin Walls
3. Third Planet
4. Trailer Trash
5. Lives
6. Diggin Holes in the Water
7. I Came as a Rat
