-The HPB says Set 2 ends with the Sky Jam (after the cut), but after Fire,
Fish? says, "We're going to take a break...". So, I believe, the set ends
after Fire and have noted that in the file.
-Few tracks cut at beginning or end due to analog tape flips, except for
the cut at the end of d3t06.
