Taken from my master tape and recently transferred to digital, this is a 1990 rebroadcast - a "Friday Rock Show" tribute to SRV - just a
few days after his tragic death. This is everything that was rebroadcast, but not the complete SRV set from Reading '83. While longer
versions of this show exist taken from other earlier broadcasts, this MAY be a sound upgrade for some. I've heard a couple of versions
of this show on "official" silvers and one was way too fast (think "Chipmunks Tribute to SRV") and the other sounded very muffled. The
Reading Festival is an outdoor venue so the sound is never excellent, but this is pretty good.

A raw, high-energy performance from one of the best.
