Was helped out by the indomitable tomzero. Probably our best pull to date.

Both of us greatly enjoyed watching M. Garbus's performance. I have never to date seen

an entire audience so captivated as the Great American concertgoers were for her set.

With good reason, between the Bjork-like feather get-up Merrill was wearing, the groovy

stylings of bassist Nate Brennan and dual honking saxophonists, along with a couple of

dancers on a couple of numbers, *crowdsurfing* at the end of one of the songs, you have

the most soulful, uplifting, and funky performance you'll see this side of one of

George Clinton's ensembles, at least for indie music. If you weren't moving watching

them, you were probably without pulse.

Anyway, don't take my word for it, check out the attached samples.

Both opening bands were taped and are available. I missed Man-Machine but tomzero

taped them, and we both got Buke and Gass. No idea on song titles.
