Comments: this is a decent recording in a less-than-ideal taping situation - a large tent was semi-permanently set up in a parking lot in downtown Rochester, and various musical acts were featured there throughout the late spring and summer months...this was on a Friday evening, so the concert took on a "happy hour" feel - and this crowd was quite chatty! In fact, during Life is a Carnival, Dave's buddy forgets that they're taping the show and he makes his soon-to-be-infamous "that chick is hot!" comment (I'm guessing numerous beers may have been a factor)

I looked on The Band's official website and they don't have this show listed, so I think it's fair to say that this is "previously uncirculated"!

enjoy! - Zeb
