Tut Taylor Archive Cassette #90 is a real treasure, and features a fine pickin' session with Norman Blake (on
mandolin and guitar), and Tut on mandolin (with a little Dobro thrown in for good measure). While Side B of
the tape is said to be "Don H." (likely Don Humphries), it is exclusively Norman and Tut. From the sounds of
the tape, I suspect that the start of the Norman & Tut session begins on Side B and then continues at the
beginning of Side A, before it is interrupted by what sounds like a recording of a party with some guitar and
banjo pickin' in the background. Tut (and possibly Norman) re-appear at the tail end of Side A. Blake is
really in fine form throughout and especially shines on mandolin at the start of Side B.
