Tut Taylor Archive Cassette #113

Tut Taylor Archive Cassette #113 Side A appears to feature Tut jamming
with friend, Jim Johnson, circa 1976; they spend their time working out one
tune, which is perhaps called, "Mountains & Wood Smoke Still Remain".
This rehearsal is followed by a recording of a conversation Tut has with a
"Mr. Bartell" about working together to market Tut's bicentennial banjos,
and more interestingly, a small dulcimer called a "Plinkett" aimed at the
children's market, in conjunction with a film Mr. Bartell has produced about an eagle;
Tut is certainly wearing his salesman's hat. Side B features solo banjo, solo
mandolin, and solo dulcimer (perhaps the illustrious "Plinkett"?) performed by unknown
artists.
