COMMENTS:
The fifth and final band of the night. I hadn't heard a lick of them before
except a few snippets from michaelz's recording of them in California several
days prior, and mainly went off a recommendation from a buddy. They were good!
Sound isn't all that clear and suffers from a bit of the same problem as the
Magick Potion recording but it's alright for what it is. Pink Star Lemonade
has a different intro from all the other live renditions of the song I've heard
so I don't know if it should be called something else or whatever. The show got
over pretty much exactly at midnight and I got home around 2:30, Yikes! Entirely
worth it though. You can read Kawabata's blog post about the show (and watch a
few clips) at https://ameblo.jp/speedguru/entry-12981385049.html. This was also
recorded on a Zoom H5 by someone who I presume goes with the band to do exactly
that. Included is a scan of the soundman's schedule which I yoinked after the
set. Don't think they had a paper set onstage so I wanted to grab something.
