Notes:
-the cassette gen that this was transferred from is unknown
-glasnostrd19 suggested this might have been recorded by jazzdave, but we don't know

-Audacity: removed digital micrograps at the start of every original track except the
first ones from each set
-Audacity: tracks 8/9 of set 1 had about 15 digital gaps and track 18 of set 2 had
about 5-10 of them. They ranged in duration from a few 100 to 5000-ish samples. I
manually cut them out and did some repairs to the waveform on either side where the
audio was still glitched. After my edits, I didn't notice the missing audio on
playback due to the relatively short duration of the gaps...still not ideal.

-automatically balanced levels
-speed corrected because:
-track 1 was 1.9% fast, then it started getting gradually faster and by the cut
following Red Baron (~9:07) it was 2.75% fast; after the cut it was 3.3% fast
and got gradually faster, with set 1 finishing at 3.65% fast
-tracks 10-15 were 1.4% fast and tracks 16-18 were 1.3% fast
