This is the first time this recording has circulated. The accompanying Hartford Courant article sets the scene. Like always, the music wanders through various blues and rock standards, sometimes for a few measures and other times for many minutes. Some of these are separately tracked but others are not. There is a tape flip during I Just Want To Make Love To You and another during Thunder and Lightning, both cross-faded but noticeable, and a small repair during I'll Play The Blues For You that you'll never find.
