The Clash – 1982-01-30 - Kosei Nenkin Kaikan Hall – Tokyo
Brilliant audience master recording. I had this on a C-120 tape bought form the bootleg guy who used to hang around Virgin records on Oxford Street back in the 80s.
A decade later I found a double silver CD version at a market in the Electric Ballroom in Camden Town. It is called “Tokyo’s Burning”. A serious upgrade on my tape!
So I have given this a polish and a bit of welly and made a better track flow for CD burners. Main set and encores. The original CD 1 ended after track 18, so I joined the discs and did a small fade out/in between 21 and 22.
