Hey folks, Here's a Pink Floyd treat for you. Well almost.
Classic Albums Live performing the entire album of Dark Side of The Moon.
What we have here is the famous Canadian outfit, that has become known for replicating many of the classic rock albums.
Done in the professional sense, they attempt to duplicate albums note for note, with matching tone.
They aren't referred to as a cover band. These musicians are very serious at what they do.
There is a long list of bands that they represent on any given night.
I've seen them perform in the past. Doing Led Zeppelin, The Doors, Queen, AC/DC, Fleetwood Mac and a dozen other groups.
If you've seen Classic Albums Live, then you know what I'm talking about.
If you haven't heard of them, then you it owe to yourself to experience the professional work that they do.
I myself have recorded a few of their shows from 2006 and I'm serious when I tell you they are better than your normal cover band.

I think the best way to describe this show is a recital of the album, they work hard to get it right and the musicianship is second to none. Just listen to the vocals on 'Great Gig In The Sky' for starters and you'll see what George and I are talking about. They play all over the US and Canada and are well worth going to see, no matter what album they happen to be performing, these guys always bring their A game.
