WWOZ rebroadcast this performance on Dec. 31, 2020. The quality of the original, circulating broadcast source, however, was deemed superior and was used here. The exception is that the rebroadcast included an extra song, Such a Night, which was spliced into the correct sequence of the performance by nolataper, who recorded the 2020 rebroadcast off the radio. The 6:31 splice consists about 5 extra seconds of applause at the end of Quitters Never Win, followed by a crossfade into the lead-in of Such a Night. (During the 2020 rebroadcast, there was a station break between the two songs.) Such a Night then leads directly back into the original recording of Wang Dang Doodle. This original circulating copy included five filler songs of unknown origin. It was later found to be from a 1992 recording of unknown date and venue of Dr. John & The New Island Social and Pleasure Club. This version with the additional song added was created in November 2025 by Richard Russell and Robbie Mendelson.
