I carried out minor re-tracking throughout. Also, there was a considerable amount of background hiss which I've attempted to reduce.

Editing lineage: EAC > Audacity (re-tracking) > Nero Wav Editor (noise reduction) > TLH > FLAC 6 (align SB) > Foobar2000 (flac tags).
