We are very pleased to offer up another previously uncirculated performance. This comes from a collection that has given us a wealth of unknown SB's and audience shows.

Based on the provenance of this series of recordings, it appears these audience tapes were made by someone directly connected to the tour. The captures span both the Japanese and Australian legs of the 1987 run though every show was not taped, and they share consistent audio characteristics: similar fidelity, similar microphone placement, and the same pattern of missing the opening songs of the set � often including Elvis�s solo numbers.

Given that these recordings come from the same collection as the Melbourne rehearsal tape, it strongly suggests the taper had privileged access to the band rather than being a typical audience member. The uniformity across multiple dates and countries points to someone traveling with the tour or working in close proximity to the crew.
