This show is unbelievably hot & funky- easily the new king of my small George Duke collection. It helps
that the sound quality is great too. The core quartet on this really knocked me out. If you like a
little R&B & a lot of funk in your fusion- don't miss it.


Additional/editing notes:
-Incomplete recording
-Concertarchives states that George Duke played at the Agora on December 6, 1977, so that's a possible
date for this recording, but agalli still thinks this is most likely from April 1977. George Duke could
have played at the Agora in April and December 1977
-the only quasi-official release from this band from around this time is a KBFH broadcast of the April
22, 1977 show from the Bottom Line, New York, which is not this recording

-Speed corrected because:
-tracks 1 and 2 were 1.3% slow
-track 3 to the cut in track 4 was 1.15% slow, then after the cut track 4 was 1.3% slow and
transitioned to 1.1% slow after 1.5 min
-track 5 was 1.1% slow

-automatically balanced levels
-automatically phase corrected the channel alignment
