This was the end of a multi-day arts festival, as the MC mentions in the very last track. The first set was lightly attended and Thomas repeats some songs in the second set. As noted, the guitarist is identified only as "The Iceman," but if it was Albert Collins, this isn't recorded anywhere. Newspapers do not seem to mention this event or Thomas playing in New Orleans in June 2004.
