Editing notes:
This was transferred from cassette in July 2002. During subsequent editing in September 2003, brief dropouts were removed, minor EQ was applied to slightly reduce midrange and to boost high-end, and the recording speed was adjusted so that the pitch was changed by about 3.4%. In February 2007, the volume was normalized by 4.6 db and the track sector boundaries were corrected.
