I bought this at a record fair in Norwich, UK, probably in 1987, as two TDK D60 cassettes. The beginning of "Evangeline" is missing. This is about 45 minutes into the recording, so maybe the original taper used 90 minute cassettes. Another edit is between "300 Pounds Of Joy" and "Girl Watcher", maybe for the same reason.

There is some distortion on the right hand channel at high levels, present on the cassettes. Volume was a bit variable over the four sides of the two cassettes, so I normalized each channel of each side independently.

Played back on a Nakamichi Cassette Deck 1 into Audacity on a 2010 MacBook Pro.
