The taper notes: "A bunch of mardi gras songs for 12th night (1st night of Mardi Gras)." This is more electric blues than NOLA funk, and it's terrific. The Sonics can be a little dull in the high end, but the EQ helps add punch and presence. You won't be disappointed.
