Notes:
-For the track 7/8 disc break there was some overlapping audio that I seamlessly removed.
These tracks were originally faded in/out so I joined them where the levels were the least
faded on both sides.
-For the track 14/15 break there was no overlapping audio. I did remove the CD silence here.
-There are some other pre-existing fades on other tracks

*There were very significant digital errors in the second part of the original "Song for
Bilbao" track. There is no possibility of recovering useful audio from the bad part
because it was basically repeating the same 0.2 msec stretch over and over again with
glitches. Hence, I mostly cut this out. The last ~10 sec of the good first part of the track
did somehow repeat in the bad second part of the track and it had an extra ~1 sec of good
audio. So I seamlessly patched that ~1 sec in at the end. Hopefully somebody has a clean
version of this recording that can supersede this version.

-All tracking edits with Audacity. Otherwise, I did not manipulate the audio. Sector
boundaries aligned with TLH.
