Welcome to Volume 35 of the TapeTyrant Archive Series, working through TapeTyrant's master tapes for the phenomenal "TapeTyrant Master Series" revealed an additional cache of gems. His collection not only boasts an exceptional archive of masters, but it also includes an impressive array of uncirculated first-generation recordings and soundboards.

Since these rare gems can't be incorporated into the Master Series yet deserve recognition, we've devised a companion collection. Enter the "TapeTyrant Archive Series"�a creative showcase featuring uncirculated soundboards, primarily first-generation audience captures, and unique upgrades�all curated to share the full depth of TapeTyrant's archive.

Volume 35 features a first-generation audience capture and alternate source of night two at the Paradise Theatre in Boston. We featured TapeTyrant's excellent master capture of night one as Volume 166 of the Master Series. TapeTyrant was not able to attend the second night in Boston so he lent his gear to a friend who gave us a solid capture.

We owe TapeTyrant a big debt of gratitude for allowing me the honor of mastering and sharing his archives with all of us in what I hope are the definitive editions.
