Additional notes (June 2026):
travitz originally shared this in 2005 with a 2 min fragment of "Hey You"
as the last track of disc 2 (d2t09). He shared the complete "Hey You" and
"Run Like Hell" at the end of disc 1 (d1t11 and d1t12). This allowed the
entire show to fit on 2 CDRs.

I put the tracks in chronological order for this version.
This required trimming off about 1 sec from the start of the "Hey You" on
the original disc 1 (d1t11) so that it was seamless with d2t08. The
levels were slightly different between the 2 min fragment "Hey You" and
the complete "Hey You", which is not that important. The 2 min fragment
"Hey You" is now gone. I cut out about 30 sec of silence at the end of
"Run Like Hell" and tracked "Hey You" and "Run Like Hell" on a CD sector
boundary. Hence, the only two different tracks here are d2t09 and d2t10.
No additional dithering has been applied.
