ROBIN TROWER

In City Dreams Sessions-Demos

After the album "Long Misty Days," Robin Trower added Rustee Allen on bass to
expand the band's sound. Allen, a very accomplished musician, had previously
been in Sly Stone's band along with Trower drummer extraordinaire Bill Lordan.
The addition of Allen definitely gave the band a new, tighter, and funkier sound.
The next album, "In City Dreams," took the band in a whole new direction.
This album remains one of Trower's all-time favorites.

The sessions and demos included here are from the summer of 1977, when the
band went to Miami's Criteria Studios to record "In City Dreams." None of this
material or versions have ever been released officially.
Song samples provided (#6 & #13). Enjoy!
