*much gratitude to SirMick for his excellent mastering work to squelch the majority of the painfully sharp, loud whistles (courtesy of the guy on my left) that overpowered the music more than 2 dozen times, often at inopportune moments. A few of the mostly less-disruptive whistles do remain, but without SirMick's crucial work, this recording would be far less enjoyable.
