This sounds so good it's tempting to think it's a soundboard! It's not perfect, with some minor cuts and audience noise, but the taper must have been in a sweet spot for sound, and relatively little interference from the audience. Some work done using Audacity made this even better; with the valuable help of TTD member jswetch. If you dig this era of Utopia, don't pass it up! It's a great early example of the four-piece Utopia.

Audience Recording. Total time 02:07:40
Billed as Todd Rundgren’s Utopia, this four piece version of the band would soon be known as simply Utopia. They would continue to tour and record consistently for the next ten years.
This tour came upon the heels of Todd’s solo album Faithful. More attention is paid to the material on the forthcoming Utopia album RA (released February 1977).
There are a couple of tunes from Roger Powell’s Air Pocket album (including the live rarity “Landmark”), which wouldn’t come out until 1980.
Bassist Kasim Sulton was brand new to the band and gets less lead vocal time than Roger and Willie. That would soon change.
