Editing notes:
* A -30db notch filter was used to remove the 19kHz FM pilot tone;
* A 4.8-second broadcast dropout at 2:28 into Track 5 was repaired with a 5.4-second splice from a similar passage;
* I closed up a 0.03-second broadcast dropout at 4:26 into Track 5;
* I closed up another 0.03-second broadcast dropout at 4:36 into Track 5;
* The volume of the entire recording was normalized (boosted) 5.31 db;
