Sadly, Uli's announcements re band members were mostly unintelligible, a fine band though.
Around 170 attended , a disappointing turnout, but the local AFL team were playing a major match , so that probably lowered attendance , but those who were there witnessed a fabulous set. Uli really is a masterful guitar player who manages to avoid the cliches attached to hard rock/metal. His control of feedback is superb and he clearly has a major influence from both Hendrix and Jeff Beck. The sound mix was very good to excellent most of the time and the crowd were respectful and did virtually no talking during songs. The vocals of the opening number were a bit raspy.I changed position after a few numbers to a spot where the sound was cleaner.
Overall, a really top quality concert.
