Yoda
I may not be the biggest Weird Al fan on the planet, but I like him enough to haul down to Oklahoma City with a buddy of mine (he is on my Tears For Fears recording and also saw George Thorogood with me) to see this (we live around 5 hours north). I am glad I went too; he does not disappoint. The entertainment factor is supreme and he had an excellent band with him (the vocalization bit they do toward the end of Yoda was incredible). I had quite a noisy audience around me, and the venue set up didn't help too much either (this place is just a hill where a stage was set up at the bottom; no seats anywhere in sight. It's on the grounds of a casino). This night featured The Letter as the cover song. When the audience isn't loud, I don't think the sound here is too bad. My plan is to see this in 2026, but the location is undecided at the moment (Omaha, Wichita and Green Bay are possibilities. He does return to my city but I can't swing it again like last year as well). If you are considering seeing him in 2026, I encourage it. You shouldn't be disappointed.
