Comments: Really enjoyable show by Wilco; not too many setlist surprises for the hometown but a really good mix of new and old, including many songs that haven't been performed in years. They played no less than six songs from "Sky Blue Sky," which I think is one of their better and most underrated albums. The show closer was the Grateful Dead's "U.S. Blues," originally performed with the Phil Lesh collaboration "Philco" a few years ago and resurrected for Wilco's run with the Outlaw Festival. Considering the breadth of material they have released over the past 30 years, this was a really good cross-section.

Sound quality is overall quite good; I was happy with it. Through trial and error, I think I've found the sweet spot in this venue and the sound was fantastic. Unfortunately, several chatty people also found the sweet spot -- and you can hear a lot of talking during the quiet parts and between songs. I don't understand why people treat this venue and Wrigley Field like a beer garden when you don't see anything close to that level of rudeness anywhere else in Chicago.

If you downloaded my 2024 Salt Shed shows, I can say that there is less obnoxious chatter on this one because it was a Sunday night, and people were imbibing less than in last year's Friday/Saturday shows.

Definitely recommended if you are a long-time Wilco fan. It seems like they aren't being taped nearly as often as they used to be.
