I was very happy when I heard the news about the ‘downgrade’ from Palladium to E-Werk – in fact, it's an upgrade, because E-Werk is not only a more beautiful and intimate location, but also has better sound. And Wolf Alice delivered: first-class sound, a band in excellent spirits, and a skilfully mixed set list from The Clearing and classics quickly got the audience in a very good mood.

The recording captures the evening wonderfully, with no chatter, shouting or individual singing, but rather the overall atmosphere. The DPA mics delivered once again.
